In an exciting announcement today, Pluto TV revealed its plans to introduce a brand new home screen aimed at streamlining the user experience. First introduced during the Stream TV show in June, this long-awaited upgrade will soon be available to all Pluto TV owners.
The revamped Pluto TV app boasts an upgraded navigation system, offering users an even wider array of options to explore content from both on-demand and live channels. The highlight of this update is its personalized recommendations feature that tailors suggestions based on viewers’ individual watching habits. Furthermore, the enhanced home screen will prominently showcase more on-demand content, making it easier for users to discover the extensive offerings that Pluto TV provides.
With over 300 free live channels and tens of thousands of on-demand programs, Pluto TV continues to cement its position in the United States market. This recent development is expected to provide users with a more effortless means of accessing the content they desire from this vast selection.

The Home experience offers a unique display of rich sets of both Live and VOD content, even intermixing in the same carousels, and gives users more opportunity to find the content they are actively looking for, love to watch, and soon-to-be new favorites within a single section.”

Starting from September 25th, Pluto TV will gradually introduce the new app on select Roku devices, with Android TV and Fire TV devices following suit over the course of the year. While an exact timeline for the update to all Pluto TV apps has not been disclosed, users can expect a gradual rollout over the coming months.
