“Spin the Spotlight: The Price is Right at Night with Let’s Make a Deal – A Primetime Powerhouse as Hollywood Strikes Ignite!”

CBS is stepping up to fill the gap left by the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, as they bring back fan-favorite game shows to primetime this fall. With networks struggling to find alternative programming, CBS is set to air special themed episodes of The Price is Right and Let’s Make a Deal.

Kicking off on October 2, The Price is Right at Night will premiere at 8:00 p.m. ET. Hosted by Drew Carey, the show will feature special Survivor-themed episodes with the participation of Jeff Probst, the host and executive producer of Survivor. Contestants will have the chance to win big cash prizes by competing in Survivor-inspired versions of classic The Price is Right games.

On October 9, Phil Keoghan, host and executive producer of The Amazing Race, will join Carey for a thrilling night of adventure. Teams of two will compete for prizes perfect for adrenaline junkies, including a year’s worth of plane tickets and exotic trips. Contestants will even get the opportunity to play an episode-themed game called The Amazing Rat Race.

Let’s Make a Deal Primetime, hosted by Wayne Brady, has three special episodes lined up for November. Starting on November 3 at 8:00 p.m. ET, viewers can expect a night of games, deals, and a performance by reggae artist Shaggy. Contestants will compete for luxurious trips to breathtaking destinations like the Maldives, Bora Bora, Bali, Ibiza, Hawai’i, Jamaica, and more.

On November 10, in honor of Veteran’s Day, the show will be filmed in front of a live audience filled with active and retired troops. These brave individuals will have the chance to win some of the biggest cash and prizes in Let’s Make a Deal history. To add to the special tribute, singer Jordin Sparks will join Brady for a duet.

Lastly, Let’s Make a Deal Primetime will go all out on November 17, packing a week’s worth of daytime prizes into one exciting night. From a $25,000 Mega Money Monday prize to a Taco Tuesday Truck run by model Tiffany Coyne, complete with prize-filled tacos, the fun doesn’t stop. Worldwide Wednesday will offer dream vacations to Japan, Thailand, and Singapore, followed by Throwback Thursday, where prizes will honor the show’s originals Monty Hall and Carol Merrill. The week will conclude with Fabulous Car Friday, when a lucky contestant will have the chance to win a McLaren automobile.

These game show episodes will air live on CBS, and Paramount+ Premium subscribers can also enjoy them. Essential plan members will have the opportunity to watch on-demand the day after each episode airs. CBS is determined to keep viewers entertained during this challenging time for the television industry, providing fans with evenings filled with excitement, prizes, and unforgettable moments.
