Thanks to the tremendous success of Apple Silicon, Macs have become increasingly enticing, leading many people to switch from Windows 11 to macOS. However, when comparing these operating systems, they are not equal in all aspects. Here are the five reasons why I continue to choose Windows 11.

Windows devices, such as 2-in-1 laptops and innovative form factors, offer more options and flexibility. Features like Split screen and Windows Snap allow users to manage multiple windows on a single or multiple displays effortlessly. Windows 11’s Snap Layouts enable users to configure their display for various window orientations, maximizing productivity.
3. File Management: Both Windows 11 and macOS have powerful file management tools, but Windows 11’s File Manager offers more functionality overall. With a default File Explorer view that shows more information, easily accessible folders, and an organized structure, Windows 11 provides a more accessible and user-friendly file management experience.
4. Application Compatibility: Windows has always had the advantage when it comes to the number of available apps. The switch to Apple Silicon chips has further complicated things for macOS users, as they need to consider whether apps are optimized for these processors.
